How to disable "Save as" option in the web version of word file?
Hi guys,
As part of the requirement, we are sharing ms word file in the ms teams channel to the external user.
But external users open that file in the word web version and download the file to their local system using Save As -> Download a copy / Save a Copy.

- I think you want to achieve that data does not end up on unsecured devices. I would advise you to use sensitivity labels for this or conditional access rules.
