How to assign a task with a follow up date which triggers a notification in Loop?

Hi - I'm creating an internal Wiki / Knowledge base for my team using Loop. 

I've inserted a table similar to the below and would like a task to be assigned to the owner when the review date passes. Ideally I would like them to be notified via email / teams. Please can anyone advise how I do this?
