Help with Excel Header/Footer Watermark

Hi there,

When I am in Page Setup/Header.Footer/Customize Header, I need to edit the picture I have inserted into the center panel.  I believe that if I select the center panel, I can choose edit picture.  However, I CAN NOT SELECT any of the panels.  Any ideas?  I am in page layout view, by the way.
