HELP!! Conditional Formating Excell

Dear,

Please I need to create a rule for a cell that contains a formula B9 and B10, such that:

* The cellsmust be green if the returned value is between 0.9 and 1.1

* The cells must be yellow if the value returned is between 0.75-0.89 and 1.11-1.25.

* The cells must be red if the return value is less than 0.74 and greater than 1.26

Can I place those three rules for the same cell? how can I do it?
