funtional mailbox, calendar items managemnt
hello, I have recently requested funtional mailbox to exchange team and i got it. Now i would like to set it up in the way what all invitation sent to the calendar will require my approval or one of my delegates. how this can be done?? The reason to have it this way is tha i would like to issue holiday requests this way, and plan team avalibility. Thanks in advance.
You need to ask the IT folks to add you as delegate and configure the calendar processing settings to require delegate approval for meetings. It's not something you can configure, unless you are already added as delegate *and* have full access permissions.
