Free Teams for User Groups?

I run a large Azure group in Nashville. Because of the pandemic we have moved to meeting online. I see that Microsoft is offering Teams free for organizations and schools. Is there any chance that can be extended to user groups? We do have a YouTube channel to upload videos to after the meeting, but would like to live stream them as well.
