Curious if anyone can tell me if Findtime is supported by Microsoft Support or is it used as-is only. Thanks.
As it is aimed at Microsoft 365 users, it is supported. There are even some error scenarios which will give you the "contact support" instructions by the app itself.
Feature requests and bug reports are taken via its official UserVoice page.
