export onenote to PDF or any other format

Hi,  Is there any way to Export OneNote from our business account to PDF or other format on our PC?

Hi elaheh ,

 

Get the desktop OneNote, open and click on File > Export.

      Btw, I can see File --> Export in OneNote 2016, but not in 'OneNote for Windows 10'.

        Hi elaheh ,

         

        You are correct. The app comes in two versions, one that is available through the Microsoft Store and one that is standalone. I always use the standalone version. This is why the settings are different. The online version is completely different as well 😞 I wish the options were consistent.
