Exchange Online - users using difference PC's during the day
Hello We are thinking of going to Exchange Online with an E3 license but have a concern about users roaming to different PC's during the day. The concern is some of their mailboxes are 30GB. ...

All depends on connectivity. Honestly if they are roaming, I would save some money and stay E1 unless you need other E3 features and run everything through the web. They can access all their files, e-mail everything and it's a rather good experience these days. It'll perform better than having desktop client connecting without cache.

We don't think our users will tolerate e1 and get discounted pricing due to NFP status.
Connectivity is about 40Mbps symmetrical, shared among 25 users.
