Exchange Classic Hybrid and AutoDiscovery Requirements
Guys, I am planning on using Outlook 2016 and Outlook 365 on my estate with Exchange classic Hybrid. All mail flow will still come through our on-premise Exchange server however this will be the 1st time we allow users to access mail remotely (via EOL).
I'm looking for guides.documentation on auto-discovery setup/considerations in this regard.

Shows you the pre-requisites for Exchange Hybrid including autodiscover. You will need autodiscover published externally for hybrid to work correctly, and you will require a public SSL cert - a wildcard or a SAN cert work best.
