Emails of Office365 are going to spam folder in Gmail.

I've setup all necessary records but emails are still going to spam folder in Gmail.

 

Also, when I open a message it's showing me this message.

 

Why is this message in spam?

Lots of messages from NETORGFT3186579.onmicrosoft.com were identified as spam in the past.

    Hi Deleted

     

    As the Gmail message says, this particular address has been used to SPAM in the past.

     

    If you haven't already tried (you probably have), click onto Report not spam and see if that helps.

     

    Might be one to log with Google to find out what they can do for you if the above doesn't work, and if you have tried putting the address/domain onto your safe senders list?

      I'm having the same issue.
      marking an emails as not spam will fix it for that email account

      but not for others.

        Hi shahar_arffa 

         

        I'd suggest Google and Microsoft would need to get onto this and agree to safe emails or Domains.

         

        You'd probably need to continue to manually mark it as safe in the meantime!
