Email Received versus Email Read - Significant Ratio Change

Hi there,

In Feb 2020 we saw Emails received at 5.3 million and Emails Read at 2.6 Million. Now we see that we are getting more reads than receives and its a dramatic ratio difference. I understand you can receive once but read multiple times, so I'm OK with that, but can't understand why the dramatic shift in the ratio numbers.
