Email encryption not working in office 365

hi,

Trying to send email with encryption recipient receive with plain text, check the Right Management is activated and encrypt option is enabled at client side but didn't work.  any suggestion

    Hello, OME works seamless with M365 email clients so you don't have to do anything to view the encrypted message. It's only with anonymous recipients that they'll need to view the content via the OME portal https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/ome?view=o365-worldwide
