Editing Bookmarks

I'm struggling with PowerPoint's multimedia bookmark feature. I can create a bookmark within a video to trigger another animation, but then I can't move or rename the bookmark? Seriously?! The lack of support for editing bookmarks makes them a real chore to use. Surely, there's a better way to do this. Any suggestions?
