Display name - surname all caps?
Hi, not a massive problem but having recently moved to Exchange online I am getting some odd capitalization on our users. I have had a look and cannot see anything different in the admin centers ...
The users probably have a saved contact entry for said address, or are using some add-in that modifies the display name.

Thanks for the response, absolutely spot on. Didn't think to look at the user's contacts.
