department schedule for small group with multiple Campuses

Hi I am trying to create a calendar for a small group of~20 people in a hospital department that works across multiple campuses that can be viewed as a table with date as the column header.  This table would need to be able switch the row header and data between employee and campus.  any suggestion on how to do this or even which app would be best so that I could narrow my research a bit would greatly appreciated.  I have some experience with Excel and Access but it has been several years since i needed to create a app and much has changed.   Also with the expansion of applications available In Office 365 there may actually be a better app or one that already does this.  All help pointing me in a good direction would be greatly appreciated.
