Delve - Opt-In
In Delve, users have the ability to opt-out of having their content not show up in Delve. Is there a way to flip this for everyone, so that by default, everyone's content doesn't show in Delve unles...
Delve is an per user opt-out feature, just as most of the features in Office 365. So as you say, the only way to centrally control it is to switch off the Office Graph completley for everyone.
