Deleting objects in Excel

I have created numerous calendars using Excel for my rental condo business.  I have modified some of these calendars numerous times.  Everytime I create a new cell for a date on the calendar I create a new object.  I have hundreds of objects, but I do not know how to delete the objects that I do not want.
