Default start/landingpage for all users?
Is it possible to make a default landingspage for the tenant, for example Delve?

AFAIK, this is configuragle per user and I'm not sure if there is a way to automate for all the users the same landing
Sadly, it's only configurable for your own account. You can view what the configuration is for other users via Get-MsolUser, but there's no way to set this on behalf of the user.
