Customize Outlook Office365 search by url

I'd like to create custom link to perform custom email search from our intranet directly in outlook webmail. Example of a destination search:

https://outlook.office365.com/mail/inbox?to:ciccio@ciccio.it&from:me@ciccio.it

Is there a way to perform this?

PS: we want to redirect users to office365 webmail, so REST api are helpless
