Copy and paste powerpoint online slides within chome/Edge

Hi all,

we are experiencing an odd issue where we can sometimes not copy slides between presentations when opened via a browser. The slide attempts to copy (you see a new slide and the circle action) but then disappears. This isn't consistent but seems to happen a lot. We have installed the copy paste addin for Chrome in chrome but this has not resolved the issue. I'm just wondering if others are also having the issue and if there is a fix for this
