Convert to PDF not working on One Note (mac)

I am no longer able to convert my One Note pages to PDF on mac. The end of the One Note page does not shows on my PDF document and some pages do not appear. It worked fine a few weeks ago and still works on Windows. Microsoft support could not help me and thought it might be a bug. Is there something I can do?

  • How about this:

    • Copy and Paste to a New Page: Sometime duplicating the affected page and pasting it into a fresh OneNote page helped restore proper formatting during export.
    • Use OneNote Web: Open your notebook in OneNote for the web, then export the page from there. The web version seems to handle PDF exports more reliably.
    • Clipboard to Adobe PDF: Copy the content from OneNote and use Adobe Acrobat’s “Create PDF from Clipboard” feature. This bypasses OneNote’s export function entirely.
    • Adjust Page Size: If your notes extend beyond the default A4 canvas, OneNote may crop them. Try manually resizing the canvas or breaking long notes into smaller sections.
