Computer giving bad feedback and crackling

Hi all everytime I play music on me pc

I'm getting bad feedback like a zzz noise 

I'm getting crackling noise like PC's going to go into BSOD in virtual DJ as well. Now I don't know what do, I'm running total AV for viruses as well

I've got windows 10
