Can't use Logitech external camera with Microsoft teams desktop app

One of our clients has a Logitech external camera. The camera works perfectly with other apps and Teams Web, but it does not work with the Teams desktop app. I have allowed desktop apps to use the camera, but still, when I select that camera in Teams, it does not show anything.

I have tried the steps in the following link(https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/camera-not-recognized-in-teams-but-in-other-apps-does/m-p/2660200), and after this, I was able to see the external camera in the camera list of Teams settings.

We have already tried the team re-installation

Any advice?
