I run again a reprovision
Connect-MsolService
Get-MsolUSer -Userprincipalname "user@domain.com" | Select-Object *ObjectID*
Redo-MsolProvisionuser -ObjectID "ObjectID"
And the message disappeared, is now more than a month ago (30 days) when is unassigned the license from that service account.
