Can Guest Users create Flows

Hi! Depends, a guest cannot create a flow, the can initiate it sometimes! For example as an anonymous user from a forms to start a flow! But not doing approvals yet! This is coming though:

As a workaround you can also share is flow and then share it to the guest user mail! They should be able to access the flow that way! There might be some limitations with this
