Hello! I changed it in the Properties pop-up on the Permissions tab.
OK, so it's a regular/shared mailbox. This means that it has an underlying user object, which is the de-facto owner. You will have to work with someone with admin permissions in your tenant, ask them to either grant you Full Access or reset the credentials and share them with you.
