Calendar 1:1 scheduler for executive

Hello,

 

We are looking for a tool hopefully Microsoft that allows a employee to book time with 1 executive it should have a approval process for their executive assistant to approve auto generate meeting info Teams and ask if it is a in person or virtual meeting. Is this possible with Microsoft or is there any other tools you are all using for this?

    Nicholas Williams - You can use Microsoft Flow (aka Power Automate) to build what you're looking for. You'll need to do some research to get to understand Flow but there are numerous pre built templates, one may fit your needs.
