Looking for business continuity templates in excel, word, or access.

In particular ones that address, emergency, communications, contacts, disaster recovery, locations etc..

Surprised such templates are not part of the these applications already as a selection.

In todays COVID world everyone is looking for these tools to work with.

Anyone have anything that is simply to use and easy to change.
