I like Xmind, but it depends on what you want to accomplish. If you, like me, want to brainstorm quickly and then Xmind is good. I do it all the time, and restructure and clean up later. If you are looking for a more advanced solution then I know a lot of people who swear by Mindmanager, but that product is simply to complicated for my needs.
