Benifits of MS TEAMs

Hello MS Community

Im thinking of making a study on MS Teams being a central collaboration app for our organization. we are a big organization and for MS Teams to be what i envisioned it to be, we will need to get every employee an MS license at least the minimum needed license to have MS Teams. thus can i ask for benefits from those already utilizing this set-up? can the cost of the license be justified by the benefits like the saved papers, saved time when routing the doc for signature"s" (usually multiple heads). Maybe you can give me other benefits i can use?

Thanks in Advance

I believe not, as you mentioned, MS Teams work as collaboration tools to interact with app and services but not limited to MS, even workflow. Team & channel under MS Teams already an embedded feature to make the collaboration happen, say Posts, meeting, file collaboration, etc.

From my experience, it applied to MS Forms to workflow such as 'COVID-19 status report', employee hiring with approval flow (that interacts with Power App)

      Hi Kidd_Ip

Here's where I'm coming from, we as an organization have guidelines in place and one of those is that all communications/info that pertains to the organization has to be coursed through secured platforms and only those identified by the organization, thus the need for the 365 licenses in order to create an environment where only those granted with corporate accounts can access (regular rank n files and up).

Hi I just realized I might have made a mistake, we use MS Teams to share links of our docs in share point. I think I need to first study further the collaboration among the apps first. Thanks Kidd_Ip
