Archiving mail - F1 users
Since we moved to 365 the biggest issue I have is some F1 users wishing to Archive mail and finding no tool available.
Is there any way that people in a team (not Team) can archive their mail to a collective mail box? This would enable them or their colleagues to search for and locate it at a later date

You can simply have them forward the message to some shared (or Group) mailbox? Archiving has a different meaning in Exchange world, if you want to use that you need at least E1 license.
