App Launcher - Graph API for available apps? Fabric component?

I have two questions regarding making an app feel more integrated with the existing Office365 experience.

1) Is there a API/other method to get the list of apps available in a users app launcher and what they have pinned?

2) Are there any fabric react components for rendering this list?
