Add-Inn for outlook web portal - need advice on Software tool
Hi All
I am thinking of creating a new custom add-inn for outlook 365 web portal and I am not sure about selecting the right tool (software) for the development
Please advice me which tool/software would be ideal for creating a new Add-Inn for outlook 365 web portal
Any help would be appreciated

- I would pick Visual Studio but in the end it doesn't matter.
