access denied when creating an excel file via classic ASP

I have a web application based on classic-ASP which creates an excel file on the web server. Access rights for special iis users are set in DCOM configuration for "Microsoft Excel" application. This works fine in EXCEL 2010 or older versions. After upgrading to offfice 365 the creation of the excel file is blocked by message "access dienied".  Where have the access rights to be adjusted using Office 365?
