Access contents belong to disabled user in Teams
We have a user who is no longer with the company. How can I access all the contents belong to that user in Teams. Thanks in advance,
- Hi, as all Teams contents are stored on OneDrive for Business (1:1 chat, meeting) or SharePoint Online (Team channel), you have two possibilities:
- If your content was stored in a Team, an admin can assign a new owner to the Microsoft 365 Group linked to the Team
- If your content was stored on OneDrive, you can try the process here : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/add-users/remove-former-employee-step-4?view=o365-worldwide
