What's the status of this change to allow for tracking the response if the user selects "Accept Do Not Send a response"?

This is INSANE!!!! I organise training sessions for 60+ staff, where attendance is mandatory. The amount of extra work I have to do, chasing people because I cannot see if they are attending or not (they have responded, just not sent the response) does my head in. For something so simple, Microsoft have definitely dropped the ball on this one! Until our Department forces us to use New Outlook, I will forever be chasing people. The status should show accepted/declined/tentative whether they have sent the response or not. Because otherwise, the whole idea of tracker is redundant.
