What permissions do i need to give myself to be able to "Manage" things within Secure Store? Whenever i go to correct an issue to upgrade my score I just get hit with "You do not have permission to ...

This sounds very strange, Global admin, Securtiy Admin should 100% be able to access the Secure Score page.
Do you have some screenshots to show when this occurs?
