Hello, and thank you. I have been a Microsoft Business Partner (small business) for over 10 years. I have an account I can log into, but there's another "onmicrosoft" account that Authenticator won...

Are you the admin can reset your account MFA? Any other alternative rather than Authenticator?

Thank you for your response. This has been a weeks-long ordeal. To make a long story short, our next step is to work with a Support team to disable MFA from my "onmicrosoft" account and get it working. That account was created by MS support years ago -- and I only used it all these years to retrieve keys for Acton Pack products. Something seriously changed around August of this year with that account, when it was forced onto MFA.
