Test AIP Labels

Hi Team. I have the following scenario:

Exchange 2016 on prem

Outlook 2016

Azure Information Protection P1

In AIP create labels, assign to users. Install AIP client in user computers.

When create new email, assign label, send email to user with AIP permissions and licensing, the destination user cannot open email, show error "You do not have permission to open this message"

The user have AIP licensing and permissions in label.

Any ideas?
