OAuth + IMAP on Outlook stopped working
On 9/24/21, my outlook.com email address stopped working with OAuth over IMAP. Nothing changed on my end. It works with normal authentication. It had been working fine with OAuth for months prior ...
Just a wild guess, but often the oauth secrets have limited lifetime by default. Could it be possible the secret expired?
- This problem affects 3 of our apps. All of them were registered before secrets started getting an expiration date.
- Would it be possible to create a new secret d as I’d check if it works again? Just to rule out any other service changes causing this.
