Lost Access to Authenticator
Hi All,
Please help, I'm the only one who has the admin privilege of Office365-E1 but since I lost my Mobile phone (which has the MS Authenticator installed), I cannot access to my account, and the stupid thing is I haven't enroll my mobile phone number as my authenticator method.
Please someone help

Do you perhaps have a CSP partner that provides you with the licenses? If yes, they should be able to restore access to your account. Thank you for you helpful advised.
What I've done was contacting the partner and asked them to raise a Microsoft incident ticket related my issue and then 15-20 minutes later the Partner informed me to try again to login and setting the Authenticator. All good now...
