Authenticator backup use company account
Just switched phones yesterday and discovered my Authenticator app backs up using a personal Microsoft account instead of my business account. If MFA is required by a business, shouldn't Authenticato...
The real pain is that if you backup Office 365 accounts, you can't restore them.
You just get a placeholder, saying "re-auth this account"...
What is the point of a backup, which does not backup critical accounts?
People's response, keep your old device too as a backup....
