Hi there,
Congrats on getting your nonprofit approved! The “spinning circle” issue you’re seeing in the Nonprofit Hub is unfortunately a known glitch that sometimes happens after approval.
A few things you can try:
- Clear cache/cookies or use a private/incognito browser window before signing in.
- Check your account type: make sure you’re logging in with the same organizational account that was approved (not a personal Microsoft account).
- Try the direct link: go to https://nonprofithub.microsoft.com and sign in from there.
- If the hub still won’t load, you can work with Microsoft support:
- Contact the Microsoft Nonprofit Support team through the Help link in the approval email.
- Or open a ticket via Microsoft Nonprofit Support.
In the meantime, you can also explore plans and offers directly through the Microsoft Nonprofits site: https://nonprofit.microsoft.com. Once your account is active, the support team can help assign the right licenses to your tenant even if the hub isn’t loading.
