Problems logging in to Microsoft non-profit
Thank you for reaching out, and congratulations on your approval into the program! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble signing into your account, but I’m here to assist you.
Have you created a support ticket? If not, you can do so without signing in by visiting https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus. Here's how:
- Type a brief description of your issue in the "How can we help?" bar.
- Click the "Get Help" button to see potential solutions.
- If the suggestions don't resolve your issue, scroll down to fill out your information and create a support ticket.
Once submitted, a nonprofit support specialist will be assigned to your case to help resolve the issue.
I hope this guidance is helpful! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reply.
- JOHNGALLANDERSJan 16, 2025Copper ContributorThis is proving impossible to get to the contact section as it keeps showing a security issue and the https is now red and crossed out - tried different browsers and networks so clearly a Microsoft issue- is their a direct telephone number or email to the Nonprofit team - Margaret_FarmerFeb 07, 2025Former EmployeeI have sent you a private message to get an update on the status since reporting the issue.
- Margaret_FarmerJan 30, 2025Former EmployeeI wanted to inform you that the issue has been reported and is currently being worked on by the appropriate team. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused. - SRKOct 28, 2025Copper ContributorHello
I had signed up our non-profit organization for Microsoft Non-Profit and it was approved. In the approval-mail I was instructed to go to the "non-profit hub" to sign in and select the plans we would like to use. I did this and also signed up + selected the services I needed (free tier) (end Nov 2024).However, I did not use this for sometime as I also have a MS365 personal subscription which I use. A few months later (Aug 2025), when I tried to login to set up access for a couple of other members of the not for profit, I get a message that "non profit is not in the system". I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) as well as different devices, the result remains the same. The username and password are correct - the former was additionally given in the approval-mail, the latter was checked several times. I raised support tickets but haven't received any resolution other than emails - ticket (2226089) but no solution. How can the access be restored?
 Thanks in advance.

- CRCJan 16, 2025Copper ContributorI am experiencing the same issue...a certificate error followed by a spinning circle. I can't believe a company the size of Microsoft can let one of their certificates expire! - Margaret_FarmerFeb 07, 2025Former EmployeeHello CRC I wanted to check in and see if you are still having this issue related to logging into the portal. I want to see if I can help you create a support ticket.
