We received a free grant from the Microsoft for Nonprofits program (Business Basic), but Microsoft is still attempting to charge SAR 859.99 (approx. $229) from our card, even though the subscription ...
I'm not too sure but I think even when a Microsoft 365 nonprofit grant shows "Free", Microsoft may place a temporary authorization or attempt to validate the payment method on file.
If an actual charge is being processed instead of a verification hold, it's worth contacting Microsoft Nonprofit Support, as the granted licenses shouldn't incur subscription fees.
