Not for profit frustrations

I am sorry to hear about your frustration with getting signed up for the Microsoft Nonprofits program. You can reference this blog if you would like to learn how to sign up for the Nonprofit offers: Getting Signed Up with Microsoft Nonprofits Program | Microsoft Community Hub.
You may have to check if you are qualified for the program. There is certain criteria that need to apply to a participating nonprofit. Please use the Eligibility pre-check to see if you qualify. If you don't mind me asking. Have you received any notices from Eligibility about why you have been declined? If not, creating a support ticket might help resolve this matter. You can create a support ticket at Contact Us.
- Please fill out a brief message about your issue in the "How can we help?" bar, then click the "Get help" button.
- You will see a guide on how you can fix the issue.
- If that answer doesn't resolve the issue. Please fill out the form then submit.
Afterward you will see a case number called the request ID at the top of the page. Please keep this ticket number for your records in case you need to reference the ticket. You should receive a notification of confirmation and that your ticket will be assigned. Nonprofit support should be in contact with you shortly via email or by phone.
