Non profit grant not showing in Azure

Question

Hi all,&nbsp;We successfully renewed a non profit grant (https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/offers/azure shows it is active from 30/03/2026), however it is not showing in the Azure portal at all.&nbsp;In the Azure portal, the payment methods tab does not show any credits.&nbsp; Does someone know how to resolve this?&nbsp; I have sent a support request to Microsoft but have no idea of what their timelines are like for responding.&nbsp;thanks
