Issue with Non-Profit Licenses – Credit Card Required

I’d contact Microsoft Nonprofit Support and explain that the grant is approved but checkout insists on a credit card. In my experience, this can be a billing-validation requirement rather than an actual charge. I’d avoid entering someone’s personal card just to get past it. Hopefully support can provide an alternative route.
