I can't download Microsoft 365 for non-profits
I have tried time and again to download Microsoft 365 for non-profits. I was approved 1 year ago, and after trying dozens of times, still no progress. When I search for help, I get nothing useful from Microsoft. I therefore keep using Word for Windows 2010 because I have no other workable choice at this point.

Hello Mike,
I am sorry to hear that you are having issue with your Microsoft Nonprofit Account. Since you have stated issues with your Microsoft 365 apps being downloaded. I have a few questions in regard to your Microsoft 365 License. Do you happen to have a Microsoft 365 Business Basic License? If so, you only have access to the online and mobile applications. However, if you have either Business Standard or Business Premium licenses and are facing this issue please see this support page for assistance: Download and install apps - Microsoft Support.
Create A Support Ticket
- Login into Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Must be Administrator)
- Navigate to the left-hand menu and select show all.
- Select Support
- Click Help & support
- Explain your issue in the "How can we help?" bar, then press enter.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Contact support."
If you would like to claim your Free Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses, please navigate to https://nonprofit.microsoft.com. You can login with your nonprofit account and select Microsoft 365 in the "I am looking for" dropdown menu. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the license by pressing the buy button.
I hope this helps.
Best,
